Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Resonate Pro Pod services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Service Description
Resonate Pro Pod provides professional podcast production services including recording, editing, mixing, mastering, branding, and distribution assistance. Services are provided subject to availability and may be modified at our discretion.
Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your original content. However, you grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services. We retain ownership of our production techniques, templates, and proprietary methods.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, meeting agreed-upon deadlines, and ensuring you have rights to all content you provide. You must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all completed work, and payment will be due for services rendered.
